1. BOOKING CONDITIONS


* THE CREDIT CARD GIVEN FOR THE RESERVATION IS ONLY FOR GUARANTEE: NO CHARGE ONLINE.

* Special requests are not guaranteed, we'll do our best in order to match them. It would depend on availability on your arrival day.

* The extra bed should be booked if available at the reservation time and is only added in an executive or a suite (classic and superior rooms are not large enough).

2. CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY


* You can change or cancel your reservation WITHOUT CHARGE until 7 days prior your arrival at the hotel. Otherwise the first night is due.

* In case of NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION, we'll CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD GIVEN AS BOOKING GUARANTEE. A receipt will be sent to you as soon as possible.

3. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT RULES

* Rooms are available from 2.00pm. Notify your time of arrival and we'll make our best to accomodate you within reasonnable time.

* Check-out time is noon. Late check-out can be organized by asking availability to the reception and there is also a cost of 50% of the room rate.
