1. RESERVATION

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card (with card holder's name, card number and expiry date) or by prepayment of 1 night stay by wire transfer or a cheque in euros.

Special request can not be guaranteed at the time of the booking.
The hotel staff will do his best to match it upon arrival.

2. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

In case of no-show notified less than 48 hours prior to arrival, payment is due to the hotel.
If modification or cancellation is notified more than 48 hours prior to arrival, the amount paid will be immediately be refunded to the client.

3. CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT

Rooms are available at 2.00 pm
Please indicate the time of your arrival, so we can try to accommodate you as soon as possible.
Check-out time is noon.
