1) Sales Conditions

All reservations must be confirmed by a valid credit card number and its expiration date, or total prepayment of the stay.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE REQUESTED AS A GUARANTIE FOR YOUR RESERVATION, WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD DURING THE RESERVATION PROCESS)

2) Cancellation Policy

To cancel or modify your on-line reservation, please contact the hotel directly by email or fax and give your reservation number.

a) Cancellation is free of charge if notified more than 2 days prior to arrival, otherwise the price of the first night will be charged to the credit card number given upon reservation.

b) In case of no-show the price of the first night will be charged to the credit card number given upon reservation, and a copy of the bill will be sent to you.

3) Check in/Check out

a) Check-in: rooms are available at 2.00 pm
Please inform us about your arrival time and we will do our best to get your room ready for your arrival.

b) Check-out time is 12:00

c) Special requests cannot be guaranteed upon reservation. The hotel staff will do its best upon check in, according to availability.
