As on the Conferences and Functions home page, the client can see your offers and the specific details (floor space, number of people, how it can be set up), availability on a day-to-view basis as standard with a link to view next month's availability and of months to come.
As with special offers, colours represent the periods in which the promotions are valid.
The prices for each time period is displayed (if you have decided upon one).
Should you place promotional prices on line for, say, multiple bookings, a message will appear explaining this.

On the following page, all extra information about the product as well as available options is displayed (fixtures and fittings, meals, services and extra activitiex).

The client makes up his own order in the 'basket' which includes a function or conference booking + options + rooms.
