The prices can be displayed or not, in the latter case the booking will, depending on avalability, in effect, become a reservation request with the customer's requirements..
Study days are placed in a specified area, a minimum number is configurable for each offer.
As well as straightforward room hire or individual bookings, you can add an unlimited number of options for types of services and/or activities you wish to offer (e.g., meals, special dinners, materials, extending time slot, acitivities and other services). These options are booked by the client by adding them to the basket.
When you choose not to display a price, it will be displayed as 'price on request' and will become a reservation request.
Managing your stock (availability of each offer) takes into account requests and times and you can set minimum reservation options as well as free supplementary options.
The customer can reserve a room at the same time, by adding it to their basket.
