Booking conditions :

- Stay from 1 to 3 nights : the number of your credit card will be asked for as a guaranty
- Long stay (4 nights and more) and special week ends : any reservation must be confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount, which will be charged on your credit card, with your agreement (by accepting the general sales conditions).
A booking confirmation will be sent to you by mail within 24 hours.


Your stay :

The buffet breakfast is 8 euros per adult, 5 euros per child (-10). It is served from 8 to 10.30 a.m.
Pets are accepted, with a 5 euros charge per day.
The private car park, locked in the night, is free of charge.
The day of your arrival, the room will be available at 2 p.m ; the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to leave it at 11.00 a.m.
The reception is opened from 8 a.m to 9 p.m. Would you please keep us informed in case of a late arrival.

Acces to the hotel :

- From the motorway, take exit 38, direction St-Raphaël then Agay via Valescure. After about 12 rounabouts, take the Valescure golfs course road and about 15 minutes later you will arrive at the hotel.
- From Saint-Raphaël center : follow the road along the sea, in the direction of Cannes.

Cancellation conditions :

- In case of cancellation less than 10 days before arrival, or in case of no-show :
• for the stay from 1 to 3 nights : the credit card will be charged with the amount of 1 night
• for a long stay (4 nights and more) and special week ends : the deposit will be kept

- In case of cancellation more than 10 days before arrival : only 15 euros fees will be kept or charged on the credit card.

- Unexpected early departure will be assessed for 1 additional day and the deposit will be kept.
